    Hi,

Been a while since I built my own rig so out of the loop on pricing etc. Need to build a basic home-office PC for my wife and wanted to compare buying pre-built 2nd hand vs building my own if worth it.
I'd like to go with as small as case as works with the budget.

Any help appreciated given it's a boring build :D

    1. What is your budget?
Trying to keep as cheap as possible, could go to €350 if needed but would prefer to spend less given use.

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer?
Web-Browsing and using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Basic PC tasks.

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows?
No - Can get Windows 10 through work

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer?
    - Not sure if usable for this build but have a stock i5 3570K cooler.
    - Have a DVD R/W drive but don't need to use it if won't fit in case and takes up space for something else.

    5. Do you need a monitor?
    No

5a. If yes, what size do you need.
    N/A

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future?
1080p 60Hz with no plan to change any time soon.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals?
    No

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking?
    No

    8. How can you pay?
    Any way

    9. When are you purchasing?
    Within next couple of months

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based?
    Don't need help
