I'm not sure what to buy as I only can spend about 150 euros

on the wiggle where it says I got my bike it has a
    Steerer: Tapered 1 1/8 - 1 1/2
And do I need to buy and other small parts if I replace the steerer and front fork , here is my bike https://www.wiggle.com/mekk-pinerolo-se-02/ any help would be greatly appreciated.

About 5-6 months ago I crashed my road bike after my front wheel hit a pothole and went from under me and I went over the handlebars. It was more of a big hit than sliding on the road so my knee got badly injured (damaged my MCL) and recovery has been slow but I feel like I am at a stage where I feel I can cycle/run again .the front of the bike took the brunt but the frame looks fine
