Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Switching from Electric Ireland

I have contact customer service and I've heard nothing back regarding my bill.

I am thinking very strongly of swiching from Electric Ireland due to my bill being so high.  I am living on my own and my latest till was over €260.

I have researched other providers.  Most of my friends and family are with pre-pay power, i can get €55 credit if i switch to them.

Is there anything that Electric Ireland can do before i make the switch.

    Thanks

Do not switch to pre pay power they are the most expensive out there.
Check out bonkers.ie for best price comparison if you are not in contract with electric ireland.

    Hi nickynoo,

Thank you for getting in touch.

If you private message us the Electric Ireland account number in question, state that you are the account-holder and confirm your name, address and telephone number, we can check the bill for you, and we can also organise a call-back from Sales.

We will respond as soon as possible.

    Thanks again,
    Una
