Charged twice for withdrawal from BOI ATM

I withdrew a not insignificant sum of money from a local BOI ATM last Tuesday, only to notice today the transaction had been debited twice against my account. I'm with PTSB and rang them. The guy knew straight away about the issue and sounded very nervous in explaining to me what had happened. I was promised a return of the money by Saturday morning. Won't be happy at all if I'm given the runaround with this. Anybody else have this problem? It would appear I am not alone:

I wouldn't worry about it. You'll get it back. If you have gone overdrawn or missed any DD make sure you claim those fees back too.

Why is there so many issues with BOI lately!?

Thread similar a few weeks ago except it was a large sum of money 2500 that neither PTSB or BOI had any trace of for the customer.
