    Now not much to see in the video I grant you that. In full screen you can just about make out the van hitting the side of the BMW at around 4-5 seconds. It all happened so fast (and I was DYING to go to the loo) that I ended up not stopping. The BMW driver was totally without fault, they were well within their lane. It was just poor judgement from the driver of the van.

    I just said I'd post here in case there was any chance that the BMW driver or a relative or a friend might read this forum and they perhaps need a witness for insurance purposes. It was on the R125 at Nine Milestone this morning.

    Hope no-one minds.

    I hadn't intended this post to be anything dramatic. My point being that I witnessed an accident where someone else had their car damaged, with what I imagine will be a sizeable bill, through no fault of their own. I've 'left it here' on the off chance that someone knows the driver of the BMW.

    The van came up too close beside her and it 'rode up' slightly on the rear of the 3 series.

    Why not just go to your local Garda station and report you're a witness and provide a copy of the video?
