    Hello,

    I have paid for product on 26th February and the payment is still pending up today. I need to print the statement up to today. Could you please help me to answer when I should expect payment as completed?

    The payment remains pending until the retailer completes the transaction.

    You will need to contact the merchant and enquire about this.
