Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Eir didn't show up, surprise surprise

    I took a half day from work today to sit at home waiting for Eir to install at my new address, guess what they didn't show up!?!?!?!?!? How are you guys still in business? Waiting over an hour to talk to someone on the phone to plan another install, this service is an absolute joke!!!! Anyone thinking of moving to Eir, take my advice DONT DO IT, they are useless!!!!!!
