Question Regarding Mixture Of Wired & Wireless setup

    I have Cat5e running throughout my 3 story house.

    I have a Netgear Nighthawk router.

    On the third floor I'm not getting a great wireless connection.

    I'm wondering what type of extender/second router I should use in the top floor. I have a wired connection in that room beside a plug socket. So I could connect a cable to an extender to make sure no signal is lost as far as the bedroom, then just do it wireless within the bedroom it's self.

    Is this setup possible? Any recommendations for the best devices?
