    Hi all.

Just a quick Q. How is the cost of the house worked out? Per sq ft or by bungalow, storey and a half, two storey building?

Also is it cheaper to build up or stick to one floor?

    Thanks

    Mrs MP

Detailed set of plans and specifications including finishes, air tightness aim, BER rating aim and energy use age aim and priced accordingly.

There’s no other way. All the square foot prices are ballpark, beer Nat calculations.

Thanks for the reply! Very new to all this. Have been reading through threads in this section all evening. I’ve a lot to learn.

Two storey likely to be/generally is cheaper than single storey (for the same floor area of house).
