new 1080p monitor

Hi guys,

I recently upgraded my old system to an i7 2600 and rx570 thanks to some advice on here. I am now looking for a new 1080p screen for my main gaming screen. I mainly play league of legends so a 120/144hz monitor would be nice but if they're too expensive I will just go for a decent budget 60ms

Any deals around? Cheap as possible :pac:

There's a ton of 1080p75Hz FreeSync screens in the 22-24" space under €125, too.

thanks for the replies guys. i have read up about tn/va/ips and i think i will go with a 1080p 60/75hz 24" VA panel. whats the cheapest i would get one for?

That's TN. I'm pretty sure there's only one actual 24" 1080p VA panel out there, the curved one manufactured by Samsung that's in their C24FG70/C24FG73, as well as the similar MSI, Acer, AOC and ViewSonic 144hz 1080p VA panels. Seems like most people seem to recommend the Samsung C24FG73, can be had on Amazon UK for £200, it is brighter than the rest due to Samsung including their Quantum Dot tech in their model.

Honestly, if you're looking for the cheapest, I'd just have a search around for whichever one you can find for cheapest and get that one. Don't have all the different model numbers, but google their brand names + 144hz VA and you'll find them.

£90 from Very. It's an Acer Nitro RG240ybmiix. It doesn't look like they deliver here but Addresspal or Parcel Motel might be an option.

Looks like it was released in 2018.
