I never got text to tell me my data plan was up

    I'm in spain I always get this information but this time I didnt but my interis still wirwork and my package is up any reason why im stistill getting it or died it rill over  thanks 

    Reception through your providet Orange is very very poor

    Could you PM the following details and I can check why you were not notified?
    1. Mobile Number
    2. PIN 
    3. Registered Name
    4. Registered Address
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
