Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Howdy do folks.

    Seems to be, dare I even say it, an actual sale on in Harvey's.

    Go to their site https://www.harveynorman.ie/ and you get 10% off anything you buy online until midnight tonight.


    I got a sofa there a few weeks back. Paid for it, but hadn't arranged delivery. A quick call to the store and they honoured the new lower price.

    I appreciate I did this today, during the sale itself, and therefore anyone doing it tomorrow may not get as lucky (as the 10% off will have ended) but might be worth a shot.


    I have been keeping an eye on a couple of products in Harvey's (a dining table, chairs, sofa etc.) and this 10% off does actually seem like a legitimate sale/saving. Normally I roll my eyes at their sales/offers etc. like most people, but sure look, just figured I'd post it (albeit later than I should have :o ).

    Nice one. Was due to pull the trigger on a few different Sonos products, so that's just saved me the bones o €100. Cheers.

    Harvey Norman price match anyway so I never sweat about finding it cheaper anywhere else as I know they'll match the price and any time I am buying in Harvey Norman I'm buying more than one item so I always ask for a discount, Argos doesn't give you that option.

    That, and Argos are actually more expensive for that product, regardless of Harvey's 10% offer.

    OP Linked to the .co.uk Argos (which is, i believe, around the same price, negligibly cheaper), the .ie is more expensive. Not a fair comparison, in my opinion.

    (Don't get me wrong, I'm no defender of Harvey Norman, but only fair we don't run them down unnecessarily either).
