Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I've tried it with 3 different pairs of bluetooth headphones but each one are the same on Android 9.

The volume level is so low and i am unable to raise it to a level where i can actually hear anything.

I've connected the same headphones to other phones etc not using android 9 and the units are delivering 150% more volume at least.

I know there was a way to get by this on android 8 but nothing so far on 9, any help ?

    I'm using a Huawei P20 pro.

Maybe check what AVRCP version is been used in developer options.

    Also toggle disable absolute volume.

This maybe more of a device issue than android version?

Try googling your device and Bluetooth issues.

Basically I changed the Bluetooth Audio codec from ACC (which seems to be the default) to SBC. After this, the max volume dramatically improved.

Using a custom rom on another device, and it is in developer options under
    "Show Bluetooth devices without names".

Your rom, may not have them options.

Did you ever resolve this problem with your device?

I changed the audio codec type and that worked.
