Eir Vision Go - Can't swap devices

    I last swapped a device on 28th January and haven't lost access to both devices I've been waiting ever since to register my new phone but it keeps coming up saying I've used my monthly swap and to wait until next month to register. Why does this happen?

    Account Number
    1st line of address
    DOB
    Are you the account holder?
