Getting copper into him might help but the damage might be too much to revert.
To prevent in future inject ewes about a month before lambing with copper

copper is poisonous to some sheep if they don't need it, surely you'd only use copper if a major percentage of the lambs were affected and postmortem confirmed it

Every mineral is toxic over a certain level.
It'd be easier to text the mineral composition of the ground.
If you're low in copper you'll get other benefits from supplementing it

We got it in a lamb this year. Too far gone to do anything for him so we put him down

Low in vit E and white muscle disease. Find an odd ewe turn up with it once ever so often. A neighbour had a big problem two years ago feeding a nut low in minerals and had to inject every lamb as soon as they hit the ground with vitasel.

Had a lamb like that last year he would suck and was sound besides but just could not get up on the back legs, brought him to the vet and she gave him copper think it was 1 or 2 ml , he started to get up the next day and he was the only one that had it
