That was a bit like south Africa's try against the lions in 09 that made lukey look silly.

Lots of ambition and invention. Still a bit rusty at times, but massive return to form.

Just a little thing but it would have been nice if Best had been taken off on his own.

3 players went high on stander there and no penalty

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,353 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

The angles of running and the pace we're playing at is brulliany.

Shame we were a bit isolated there. Such a huge difference from every other game this tournament.

To the fellas criticising Murray for the odd poor pass - are ye applying the same focus on the poorer aspects of his play to other players? Genuinely asking here.

Ringrose is doing some amazing things out there, he's also missed four tackles of his ten tackles, given away a penalty and turned over the ball three times.

Players can make mistakes and still play well

I wish there was some way to mute D’Arcy from BBC co-comms.

He ruins matches with his constant inane comments.

    He’s not even very articulate.

Surely BBC can find a better ex-Irish international.

Fair play to Best. Great servant and great captain. And none of this "Look at me. Look at me I'm retiring. LOOK AT ME" **** some players like to have at the end of their career. He just quitely ran off the pitch and didn't need a 50ft poster of his face and fireworks to show him the way.

Carty is ROG-esque with the kicks to the corner. And the pressure gets to them and we've a 5m scrum

Biased and all but two super tactical kicks and a big clearout already from Carty. Great to see.

Again DuPont saved France. Was him that scragged earls

Rare to see in the lineout. Interesting that Pom was the automatic choice to jump in a 3 person lineout.

Hardly a pointless exercise. Playing in front of a big home crowd etc
