    Hi I am hoping to build a house in the future so besides the obvious prices for buying a site and building cost
    What are some of the other costs like how much is planning permission and I've been looking at plans on http://www.blueprinthomeplans.ie would you still have to get the plans signed off by an architect thanks

    The place to go if your looking at informing yourself from the ground up is the Construction forum of boards.
