Commercial vs Residential

So i am looking at renting a small office space for a potential business and it says 24 hour access, but does anyone know the difference between commercial and residential letting and leases? because i am thinking about giving up my residential because I dislike having to share a house

I doubt the business insurance will allow you stay there.
