Why am I still getting billed? What is going on

    Hi Eir

    Today I received yet another standard bill from Eir for 140, I have been told twice now by Eir that my account is terminated after me trying to get the account canceled then why am I still getting bills?? I have an email on 30th January on this forum from Eir Ahren confirming my account is cancelled, I refuse to pay Eir any more money

    Could you PM the following details and I will investigate this?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
