Hey all, Looking for ball park figure on an extension.

Would like to build a wrap around extension to the rear of the house. Planning shouldn't be an issue. I want to add a utility & wc to the side so access will need to broken through on the gable wall. Want to then extend across half of the way at the rear. Knock through the wall to extend the kitchen out so we have an L shape kitchen/dining room. Will need to take out old kitchen & put in a new one (moderately priced) and remove and replace tiles in the kitchen too or maybe even vinyl.

What kind of figures would I be looking at? In Limerick if that makes a difference
