    Our credit card expires in 2021, but my wife and I just got issued with a new ones with a new pin - why?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Can I ask have you received any correspondence from us recently via text, email or letter regarding your card? Please check you junk and spam email folders also.

    If no, I would advise you to call our Credit Card team on 1890 251 251 and an advisor can look at your account to see why new cards were issued.
