Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There is a campaign to bring that one back.

And why have they not mentioned mastitis or liver fluke?

Or Joe Cooney and John Fenton's goal from his own goal line.

Saw the dog ad the other day. Stands the test of time.

    Jesus christ they are ads.

    Not film noir classics.

Nah. They are real nostalgia pieces and are a big link to peoples childhoods. Some of them are also very well done.

And besides none of these ads hold a candle to the Nike one with the Brazilians playing soccer in the airport.

That shot from Roberto Carlos though.

No one would remember any of this crap if we had more than two channels. That doesn't mean they are good.

Also, people watched the ads because they were the best bit of crap like Glenroe.

If they filmed that in Dublin now it would just be lads racing about pulling rickshaws and selling drugs.

If everyone had a gun that night the deaths would have been a fraction of what it was, sad but true.
