Hi, I have at present the old type septic tank This year I hope to have a new bio tank and percolation area. I know prices will depend on many site variables, but can anyone give me just a rough idea of what sort of cost to expect. Site survey, excavation, installation of tank and a basic percolation area. Hi Terry,

I got a similar quote before from Sepcon (i think) for 8 - 10k. More expensive if raised bed needed for percolation.
