    Comment in the local papers suggest these misfortunate guys and some of the local beggars have a regular itinerary. Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow and back to Dublin. Some suggest they have free travel (medical condition) but that's probably untrue?
