House move

    Hello,

    I have moved house and my new  eir BB is active in my new home. 

    However my BB in my old home is also still working despite being told it would automatically cease once the new account was activated.

    Am I paying on the double here?

    Still 30+ min wait times on the phone line and the chat service cannot answer me.

    Could you PM the following details and I will look into this for you?
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address (the old and new address)
    3. Account Number (both account numbers if you have them)
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder? 

    Once I get this information I will be happy to help.
