Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ah Jaysus. Conlons radar is off today

Duggan puts ridiculous height in his frees. Pure lottery on a breezy day.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

Very poor start to the second half by Clare.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,269 ✭✭✭threeball

That’s brutal refereeing. Michael Breen caused that.

Linesman at fault there rather than the ref. Ref saw shag all by the looks of it

Looks like Tipp, Limerick and Cork coming out of Munster

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,603 ✭✭✭✭Akrasia

When I saw how badly Limerick beat Waterford today I knew Clare are well off the pace this year

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,704 ✭✭✭citykat

    Some shoulder from Maher

Clare are clueless playing with the wind. Absolutely clueless

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,224 ✭✭✭✭RMAOK

They're playing a sweeper while having the breeze - it's ridiculous stuff from Clare imo

    Truly abysmal stuff from Clare

    Bonner having a stormer today

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,704 ✭✭✭citykat

What sort of a tackle was that from the Clare goalie

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,243 ✭✭✭C__MC

Clare are over hyped, way to light
There a pale shadow of being a proper hurling team
Filth is coming out in them now as well

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,481 ✭✭✭MfMan

When Bonnar can get a goal, you know you’re in trouble.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,093 ✭✭✭Patser

Was that a karate kick by the Clare keeper on Maher, terrible effort at a save but looked like he kicked Maher in the chest.

Is that karate kick from the keeper on Bonnar not dangerous play?

The limerick vs cork game was a good game of hurling.

Hopelessly onesided 2nd half. Thank GOD for the Leinster Hurling Championship.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,704 ✭✭✭citykat

No leaders in Clare at the moment

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,461 ✭✭✭Bob Harris

Ger Canning just loves saying dayboo.

If tipp do lose this year,no doubt there half forward line will get the blame

Tipp are class. Sickens me. But they're class.

John McGrath making a mockery out of the two Clare backs

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,461 ✭✭✭Bob Harris

Great point from John McGrath but the two Clare players were very naïve.

    Men vs boys unfortunately.

Are Clare still playing a sweeper?

    Yep - colm Galvin

This is very disappointing. Kelly almost missing a gimme free sums it all up

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,243 ✭✭✭C__MC

Ok who's going to exit with Waterford?
    I'm thinking Clare
They have limerick next week who will be gunning for them

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,704 ✭✭✭citykat

Kelly on frees. Probably the only way he's going to score

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,796 ✭✭✭spurshero

For all the hype of Munster hurling championship today been very poor fare . Ya can’t blame limerick or tipp obviously . If tipp keep this kind of form up nobody will beat them imo

Prob come down to Clare v cork

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,704 ✭✭✭citykat

Canning can't do basic sums now.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,243 ✭✭✭C__MC

Scoring difference or head to head

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,704 ✭✭✭citykat

On the bright side for O'Donnell, this hurling crack was a nice diversion from Ivy League life

I think by the time it comes cork will have 4 pts and Clare 2 . I’m assuming limerick best Clare and cork beat Waterford . So it will be head to head I think . Tipp will have 6 points though so they might not need to beat limerick .

As Jim Royal might say, Munster hurling my arse. Two home teams get their arses handed to them.

No matter how bad Munster gets even at its worst it is still more competitive than Leinster.

I hope the Clare managers are asked why they decided to play 5 forwards in the second half when they had the wind with them

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,062 ✭✭✭blackcard

Tipp and Limerick for the AI final with Tipp to win. Hunger is back thanks to Sheedy, forwards moving well thanks to O'Shea

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,704 ✭✭✭citykat

Ah linesman. Give him the point

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,232 ✭✭✭TheRiverman

I'm off to the bookies to bet on Clare winning the all Ireland. They can't be that bad again.

Limk v Clare + Clare v Cork massive games now

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,186 ✭✭✭munsterlegend

Clare still in it despite dreadful performance today. If Cork and Clare both win next weekend then they are through so big incentive for both to win.

Hard to see Clare getting anything in Limerick
