Hello, i'm in Bali (Indonesia) and i can't take cash from ATM. Last week i can get cash three times, but since 3 days ago i can not. I have enough money in my saving account. i checked it in my homebanking and it show a debit and then a credit for the same amount. I need a solution. Thank you! Franco.

Are you using the phone number that they have for you?
I was in Austrlia and bought a local PAYG sim so when the bank contaced my phone I didn’t get it so they blocked my card.
In the age where we have to do all our banking online, it didn’t occur to anyone to maybe use the internet to contact me, instead they actually sent a letter to my house.
