They generally arrive at some stage..they dont give them upfront else ppl will stop playing !!

I think I’ve only had 2 wins since this started back again which is really strange.

Had a free wash. Went to my local station and while in the queue I opened the prize and slid to redeem. When I got to the till I gave it to the girl and she says "sorry all the scanners are down".

I only redeemed it so I wouldn't hold up anyone behind me!! I took a screenshot but I presume it's fecked now?

You should have asked for a free ticket as it wasn't your fault their scanner
wasn't working and now you can't use it.
I would facebook Circle K and tell them and see what they say.

I'd refer you to our Term & Conditions and particular article 4 of those conditions. If you are looking to manipulate the system in violation of our terms and conditions I would not draw as much attention to it by constantly contacting customer service.

Nope just pick it up and go to the till.

It's best to wait to click Redeem until they have scanned it because you have 30 mins to use it from then. Ignore the bit where it says 5 minutes But someone mentioned back along that they redeemed first and then the scanner didn't work.
