SEPA DD showing up in account - No DD set up

    I see a line with SEPA DD in my account for today, 43 euro odd...

    I don't have any direct debits set up. What is this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The first day the funds come out you will just see the words SEPA DD, this will update overnight and you will see the company name tomorrow.

    If you still do not recognise this tomorrow we can go through the Direct Debit refund process with you.

    You mean a one off purchase I made?

    I don't have any direct debits set up to my knowledge.
