What strength glasses do I need ?

I'm looking to buy a relatively cheap pair of foldable glasses I can carry around with me in my pocket for occasional use.
Below is a photo of my current prescription.
What strength glasses should I be going for ?
Or would I be better getting a proper pair of foldable glasses from an optician ?
