It's worth a try I think. What time is your flight at? Your passport might arrive in the post tomorrow.

    Hey everybody.

Disaster. Yesterday was a cruel rollercoaster of momentary highs and ultimatly crushing lows. The passport hadnt arrived by the morning so i decided to head to the office on Mount St. No dice, total confusion. Turns out a friend of mine from colleges Mam works in the Balbriggan printing office. Outrageous twist of luck. After a long wait pacing around without an answer where i hopped on a bus to Balbriggan i was informed by my friend that it was in Mount St!

Hopped off the bus, got a taxi back to Mount St only to be met with more confusion. Whilst waiting it out with a pint around the corner a text then informed me that it had been sent in the morning. Maybe its in my local sorting office i thought. Another taxi up to Rathmines where my quest came to a smothering halt. They had no idea where it could be and it probably wasnt there and jaysus i had the same issue 20 years ago and its desperate and id like to go back to my Joe Duffy and Tayto now.

I ceded defeat and drowned my sorrows in fine wines and a steak dinner.

    Ugly scenes this morning...

Furthermore, thank you all for your advice and care. Sadly i chickened out of heading to the airport but i felt running around the city like an idiot was a more productive waste of time.

See you guys in 10 years.
