    Why does it sometimes happen (when ordering online ) that the amount is immediately deducted, but may be returned a day or so later, only to be deducted again.

    In other words, the stated balance fluctuates for no reason.

    Just curious?

    Thanks for reaching out to us here.

    Your balance may fluctuate on your account and this may be due to pending card transactions. When you make a purchase with your card it will debit immediately for you. Once your payment has been fully processed by the retailer it will move from your pending transactions to completed transactions within our site. We aware if the retailer does not process it within a few days it can cause the transaction to come off the account only to appear then days later when they complete it.

    You can also ask for further assistance when logged in www.365online.com select Service Desk/ Ask A Question and an Advisor with account access can reply back securely to you.
