PostMobile - Plans and SIM

If I go with PostMobile do I have to go with their monthly plans or can I just top up by say €10 and just pay call by call, using their standard pre-pay charges. Also, where do I get a SIM - Can I just go into a Post Office and buy a SIM or do I have to buy a phone. I checked their website but no relevant info there and…
