Account Canceled, Payment Outstanding, Can't call 1901 as phone number now dead. Help

    Hi,
    Eventually I ceased business with Eir, but there is money owed on my account (So Eir say!) I can't ring 1901 as my number is dead and not recognised by your automated service, can you advise how I speak with a human please.

    If you could PM the following details I can process the refund for you? 
    1. Registered Name
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
