Excellent question, Emmet, and one I had myself before subscribing to an IPTV service. You can deselect channels in the website so they don’t appear on your telly - so no chance of accidentally putting on Bear, and seeing acts of hot and sweaty man-on-man action.

Need to be careful with some of the channel names though - HardX being a case in point. And some of the Eastern European smut channels are grim - unless you’re a fan of cellulite and hairy arseholes.

They were the good old days. Now you don't even buy a full game, they can ransom you for different parts of it.

That's terrible. I'd probably download a game or two for the tablet if I thought I'd get the whole thing. I wouldn't even mind paying for it. But I don't fancy paying something only to be merry with a wall I can only get over by buying gold coins or whatever after a few levels.

I'm probably better off though. Those games can be addictive.

Yeah, I’ll pass on the Eastern European stuff. It’s tough to find decent erotica these days. The Americans all seem obsessed with families and comically large flutes.

In fairness, it's well worth it. You get a minimum of two free games a month with the subscription and their value is well above the €60 a fee cost for the sub.
