I've installed a new digitizer on a galaxy note 10.1.

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting all the cables but still the same.

Although there is a bar at the top it seems that the screen and digitizer are calibrated as the image area touch is accurate.

any ideas how to resolve this? I'd welcome any advice.
