    AND
Colin is a dead Cert to close the show

I thought he was someone famous the way they reacted tbh !

Liked his first audition , missed his last one , and that one there wasn't brilliant by any means .

    Disappointed .

    Is he Aleshas friend ?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 443 ✭✭Kh1993

He says “ladies and gentlemen” far too much, hard to listen to him when that’s all you hear.

    Yes.

I don't find him funny at all.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,482 ✭✭✭✭lawred2

He was better than Siobhan anyway

    But that's a low bar

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,256 ✭✭✭✭km79

    Not funny
    Ladies and gentlemen
    Not funny

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,707 ✭✭✭✭fritzelly

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,111 ✭✭✭SirChenjin

The judges are really over doing it with the nonsense about this guy.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,707 ✭✭✭✭fritzelly

All his jokes have been done by far better comedians

I tried to count how many times he said it in his performance but I ran out of fingers

Only act for me tonight is the school kids now, rest couldn't care about

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,256 ✭✭✭✭km79

    Oh look
    After the break
    It’s colin
    Only Colin

I REALLY hope he doesn’t win
I’d like either of the kids acts to win now
Standard fairly low truth be told

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,272 ✭✭✭✭Strazdas

Kojo was decent in the semi but went backwards a bit with his material tonight.

The judges are talking complete nonsense in saying that was his best ever performance etc.

X is my winner. But think the ex army guy or policeman with finn will take the title.

Blah, his tricks were boring and not good at all plus I think he's very smarmy

    Oh ffs...

Music from the Band of Brothers

Bangs of jingoism... Can't stand militaristic crap like this. Even if in the guise of a sweet old man

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,756 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

The Colin Thackery act is just really bad, it is why it will win, wear his military uniform, use a sob story, it is like a mockumentary by Peter Kay.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,089 ✭✭✭Happy4all

    I hope Colin wins.

A but of eye candy for the Queen

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,259 ✭✭✭donkeykong5

To be honest I wouldn't mind if this man won. Hes to be admired.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,256 ✭✭✭✭km79

He will have to divide all his winnings now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,159 ✭✭✭✭iamwhoiam

I find him rather boring as well : I don't think he'll win though, it's a very average act, bar the back story

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,256 ✭✭✭✭km79

    100% going to win it
Hope he goes to Vegas and spends all his winning on a mad bender of a weekend

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,689 ✭✭✭✭skipper_G

    Rage building...

    sss.gif

This is going to win and it's pure dross

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 24,482 ✭✭✭✭lawred2

A line of saluting soldiers... Is there anything free from this jingoistic stuff?

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,756 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Simon Cowell says a talent show is not about talent.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,555 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

Cocoon man won't win,he'll live forever, but won't win

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,256 ✭✭✭✭km79

Simon has wanted a act like this to win for years to vindicate the fact the winner performs for the queen

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,707 ✭✭✭✭fritzelly

    Worst final ever of BGT

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,969 ✭✭✭✭alchemist33

If only his dog had died on active service he'd be a shoo-in

Thought the Chelsea pensioners and saluting soldiers were great. They may have swung it for him to win.
