Large StayHold Classic is 1 Euro in Woodies in Sandyford , and according to staff member its nationwide .

This piece of plastic used to be 19.99 then 9.99 , now at 1 euro it may be useful in the car

My niece's husband designed those and got them to the market through kickstart.

I feel robbed if they are only a euro;)

Yes , exactly , they were at the end of cars section with all the floor mats and dashboard wipes etc . its clearly market as 1 euro , but at the checkout its scanned at 9.99 . Woman at the tills did the reduction manually even before i pointed to price difference .

She said some stores might be clearing the stock.

Yep colleague from work bought two large and two small ones from sandyford 30 minutes agio, small one is 50 cent, but not marked as reduced on shelf

They tried to charge me full price but I had photo of reduced sign.

I think they had 2 or 3 small ones left at 13:30 in Sandyford

Didn't realise they were reduced so didn't bother with them!

Just the small ones left in sandyford just there as they were advertising the reduced price. Large ones are great bit of value for â‚¬1. Anyone come across them anywhere else in Dublin?

Saw this thread earlier today so was passing Woddies in Blanch earlier and called in for a gander. Plenty of stock of the larger StayHold but they wouldn't budge from their price of €10. I told the duty manager that they were being sold in Sandyford for €1 today but he wouldn't price match or even ring to check so left them there.
