    Anyone know anything about this company? quality of their builds? general info etc?

    Im looking at buying a piece of land paying cash, then seeking mortgage to buy one of these houses. There is alrrady planning permission on the land, and this company constructs the house for you.

    another question, is there any other special type of regulation etc compared to an traditional self build? Do banks have issues with these houses for mortgages etc?
