    Which brand would you recommend?
36 years old female with one previous child.

Boots has so many different ones.
Is it worth getting the male ones too?

I found pregnacare pre conception with men and women’s tablets fab! I ordered them off amazon too at half the price!

Our fertility consultant recommended that we both take supplements. The clinic recommended Proceive but we were already using Pregnacare which he said was fine too (and a lot less expensive).

Maybe I'm being a bit OTT but rather than take a pregnancy multi-vitamin I'm taking individual ones:

    1. Folic acid
    2. Vitamin B12
    3. Vitamin B6
    4. Vitamin C
    5. Vitamin D3
    6. Calcium, magnesium, zinc
    7. Omega 3 fish oil
    8. Vitamin E
    9. Co Enzyme Q10 (one of the most important)
    10. Alpha Lipoic Acid

Yes, I know it seems extreme but it is what has been recommended to me to increase fertility but also improve egg quality.
