Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I changed the password from the default password to a new one but I cannot remember the new password. How can I reset it?

I tried turning off my modem and leaving it off for a number off minutes then turning it on again but that didn't work.

Is there a small hole on the back? stick a pin in it to do a factory reset

Not sure how turn it off for awhile would help you remember the password :)

As stated, do a factory reset.

I stuck a pin in but it did nothing, the password didn't reset.

You usually have to hold it in for a certain time period to do a hard reset. RTFM.

I turned off the modem and held it in for a minute, but that did nothing. However then I kept the modem on and kept the pin in and it reset.
