Samsung J3 reactivation

    I have a Samsung J3 which I am trying to reactivate. When I get to the ‘Verifying your account’ screen, I’m asked to ‘sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device’.
    The problem is that I don’t know what account was previously used on the phone.
    Any ideas on how to do this?

    The previous owner doesn't know either.

    You might be stuck with a brick then if they dont know. Without that information, you cant really do much.
