Looking for opinions on this estate in Naas.

Would you recomend it as a place to live with young family?
In particular looking to see if there is a management fee for house owners? A liitle worried as seems a big estate but great location!

cant comment on the management fees, but all estates will have some contribution towards common area maintenance

Size wise its not huge compared to some in Naas but location wise its great and houses are nice

They are a bit more expensive than others in Naas, we looked when they were being built and couldn't justify the cost of them, garden sizes were small compared to other estates and what we had but finish inside was good
