Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone

I’m having issues with a 2013 Volvo V60... the alarm keeps going off for no obvious reason..... has anyone else come across this in a s60 or v60 etc

Anyone know a good indie or best place to get it sorted in South Dublin?

    Greatly appreciate any advise...

Have you things dangling from mirror?

Make sure there is nothing that can move around and check all doors and windows are fully closed.

Try putting tape over any motion sensors on the car. A few cars have attracted vermin over the cold spell.

Can you set the reduced guard option?

Yes I forgot to mention I’ve done this to no avail and then reset to factory settings also.

On the original s80 and xc90 , so probably plenty of other too, the alarm siren has a back up battery, like a house alarm. They had a tendency to die and leak after a few years, causing issues.

this is indeed the answer, just lock the door with the key, alarm not activated, problem solved
