Hi, my father is in hospital and is just about to apply for the fair deal.
He has a checklist from the the social worker which contains ' deeds to property or the folio number from the land registry'
Does he need to get the deeds? I wasn't there at the time, and just looking up the folio number seems a bit too simple for what's involved.
