I can't access BOI 365 - connection Timed OUT?

Hello BOI, First off, this is not the first time I can't access BOI 365. What is going on? How come I CAN Access Business BOI platform via my PC browser but I can't log into 365 platform via the same browser? It is very frustrating when on a monthly basis I need to pay for invoices and 50% of the time 365 doesn't work.

Hello BOI,
