Pay to mobile security alert?

Hi,

this afternoon I got an SMS from BOI to my 365 registered phone:

"
Message may be send to Moqom if phone number matches database configuration
"

See attached image for a screen grab from my phone.


Apart from the poor sentence structure, is there anything concerning about this? Is there  a risk someone has attempted to change something in my 365 account or send a payment from my account from another phone?
