Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looks like nothing goes without being noticed.
I love my Master and I'm struggling with the idea of letting her go.
Any interest in the bike or are you just stalking me @tonytiger81? :D

Haha. A little of column A and a little of column B. Was discussing the original thread when it was active with a mate. I’ll let him know it’s back up available.

    the chain! my eyes!

I just keep throwing wet lube at it... maybe it's not pretty to the eyes, but everything runs smoothly

That's like continually doing the shake without ever doing the vac :).

Worth 15 to 20 minutes of elbow and actual degreaser along with a scrubbing brush to strip off all that gunk so you can then apply a nice think layer of clear lube to a nice shiny chain.

i'd skip degreaser and just dunk the chain in a petrol bath. cassette too, you'd be able to grow spuds in the crud stuck to it.

I know it will be border line sizing but damn it I cant resist a project.

I'll offer €300 for the frame and might be interested in another few bits if we can come to an agreement. :)

    That might suit me actually.
If you don't mind, I would like to try sell the full bike for another few days.
If nothing happens you're number 1 in the queue for the frameset.
    How does that sound?

No problem at all I'd take the entire package but it's above initial budget allowance. It's also easier to sneak and hide a frame in the house :D

Still running straight as a blade and quite smoothly up and down the hills of West Cork, also thanks to a well lubed chain...
