Downsizing schemes?

Do you think will any of the suggested schemes take off? Have a few elderly relatives trying to prepare for infirmity. Is there any point in waiting to see if any incentives will be offered?

I can see it now, glen garry glen ross type agents knocking on hold peoples doors off the census. just kidding.

Its a pretty good idea. Too many empty nests. All though you would want to assure your still ok for the fair deal on the nursing home part, I think the average cost of private nursing homes are about 1200 to 1500 a week now.
