Kerin needs to be taken off. He's a liability.

Can't see it myself after that start. Galway way off the pace at the mo

    Much better game than earlier.

Galway finishing the half well to keep them alive. They needed to.

Liam Silke has been really poor so far. At fault for the 2nd goal and not covering his man.

Mayo were home and hosed but they have given Galway a sniff of it. Good second half would be nice after the dour stuff today.

An early few scores from Galway in second half would make it interesting

And McQuillan keeping them in it with some soft frees.

There is every chance Mayo will do something stupid and let them back into it. A fluke goal and a wonder 'once in a lifetime' goal are the difference, Mayo have not been great.
Galway have done nothing. They can hardly be as bad again (well..... maybe they can). Comer needs to come on, Martin Farragher has no place on an intercounty pitch. He hasn't the temperament for it.

In reality, they need a goal. Can't see them getting it the way that they're playing atm.

Dunno. Galway just seem two or three yards off the pace when it counts, Mayo haven't even really played that well so far.

If you're opening a business, creche or gaa ground and you want Aidan O'Shea to turn up, just blow a whistle and he'll be standing by you in seconds.

Expected to see a better Galway turnout here.

    Said no one ever.

I remember going down to league games in Tuam in the eighties and nineties; if there were 200 Galway supporters there that'd be the height of it...

Think he's just been rubbish on the whole.

Mayo particularly cynical on any break away and it's never penalised.

Looked that way at the restart aright, AOS got away with a trip there too.

    Galway killing their own momentum.

  • Registered Users Posts: 15,775 ✭✭✭✭Slattsy

    Jesus that's an atrocious penalty.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,599 ✭✭✭eigrod

Way too casual running up to that. Awful penalty

  • Registered Users Posts: 18,925 ✭✭✭✭BonnieSituation
